Terms & Conditions – Play2Cash

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Play2Cash mobile application (“Application”), developed and operated by Pablonics, based in Germany (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Application and discontinue its use.
1. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Play2Cash is intended only for users aged 18 or older. By using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this Application.
2. User Obligations
By using the Application, you agree:
- To provide accurate and truthful information during registration and usage.
- To use only one account per person/device.
- Not to use VPNs, emulators, rooted/jailbroken devices, or spoofed device environments.
- Not to attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the application or reward system.
- Not to violate the rules of third-party Offerwalls or advertising platforms integrated in the Application.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block any user account that is found to be in violation of these rules, including but not limited to cases of:
- Fraudulent activity or abuse
- Use of multiple accounts on the same device or IP address
- Suspicious or automated (bot-like) behavior
In such cases, we may withhold all pending balances or rewards associated with the account.
3. Rewards and Payouts
Play2Cash allows users to earn points by completing offers, watching ads, or engaging with in-app tasks. These points can be converted into real money, which can be withdrawn via PayPal, IBAN, or Revolut.
You acknowledge and accept that:
- Not all offers or tasks are eligible for payout.
- Payouts are subject to confirmation by third-party providers (e.g., AdGem, Tapjoy).
- We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or failures from third-party Offerwalls.
- Minimum payout thresholds and verification procedures may apply.
- We may reject or delay a payout if there is suspicion of abuse, duplicate accounts, or policy violations.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Losses due to reliance on third-party offers, content, or promotions
- Any charges from your mobile network or Internet provider
- Service disruptions due to your device, operating system, battery failure, or data limitations
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to content, logos, branding, and software code, remain the property of Pablonics. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse-engineering, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Data Processing and Privacy
We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at: https://myplay2cash.com/privacy-policy
By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described there. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, including:
- Discontinuation of the App
- Changes in law or regulations
- Security breaches or policy violations
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Application after changes are published means you accept and agree to the updated Terms.
You are encouraged to check this page regularly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved under German jurisdiction.
